All Pursuits in Dredge and its DLCs

Dredge’s quests are known as Pursuits. Offered by the NPCs encountered throughout the game’s world, Pursuits often require you to fish or dredge items, sometimes using specialist gear. This guide lists every Pursuit in the base game, along with all additional quests in the Pale Reach and Iron Rig DLCs – 34 quests in total.

    Base Game Pursuits

    The main story of Dredge is told through seven Pursuits: a tutorial (A Fresh Start), an umbrella Pursuit (The Collector), and five remainder Pursuits that must be finished to complete The Collector quest and obtain either of the game’s two endings.

    You can find a list of all seven main Pursuits below and where you can trigger them. You can also tick them off using our interactive checklist – it remembers what you’ve done so you can always come back here for more!

    All Main Dredge Pursuits

    Optional Pursuits

    The base game also comes with 10 optional Pursuits. They do not need to be completed to finish the game, but they do offer unique rewards that can make the game easier or unlock achievements/trophies.

    All Optional Dredge Pursuits

    Hidden Figures

    While exploring, you’ll encounter four Hidden Figures that require you to catch and deliver three fish one at a time. When the game first released, these quests were timed, but they are no longer and you’re able to take your time to complete them.

    All Hidden Figure Dredge Pursuits

    By completing these Hooded Figure Pursuits, you’ll also unlock Books, which provide your equipment with useful buffs.

    The Pale Reach Pursuits

    The Pale Reach DLC features four mandatory pursuits and one optional, timed Figure quest (The Figure in White). To complete the DLC, you’ll need to finish the four main Pursuits.

    The Iron Rig Pursuits

    The Iron Rig DLC comes with a total of eight Pursuits, all of which are triggered at the Iron Rig site on sector J15 of your map. You’ll have to complete all eight Pursuits to finish the DLC.
