Tiny Terry’s Turbo Trip Beginner’s Guide
Tiny Terry’s Turbo Trip follows Terry, a quirky character who decides to launch himself into space, but needs a car to do so. To help Terry achieve his goal, you’ll need to explore the hilariously unhinged world of Sprankelwater and help its locals, all while collecting Turbo Junk and upgrading your vehicle.
Doing the above can be somewhat confusing and, at times, difficult due to the game’s huge number of collectibles, which is why we put together a full guide with tips for you.
Exploring and Fast Travel
Sprankelwater isn’t a huge world, but it’s jam-packed with things for you to enjoy. Alongside numerous quests for you to complete, the world comes with several additional activities to participate in, many of which are tied to trophies and achievements, as well as the game’s overall quests. These activities include:
- A football game against Terry’s friends
- A Yoga session
- Insect catching
- Wind chanting
- Bumper car matches
I recommend you at least give these side activities a go. I found them to be a little frustrating (Particularly the bumper cars and football matches), but they were still enjoyable and offered some nice rewards.

Again, Sprankelwater isn’t a huge world, but there’s a lot to explore thanks to the game’s verticality. You can climb most things, and between the major locations within the game, there is a lot of desert and other empty spaces to explore to find hidden secrets. Thankfully, there are several ways you can get around the town faster, and they include:
- Cars: You’re given Terry’s car immediately and can hijack other cars in Sprankelwater.
- Fast travel via P signs: Only unlocks once you’ve upgraded your car seven times.
- Paragliding: You can purchase this later in the game and use Wind Tunnels found across the map to reach higher locations and travel faster.
The above should help you explore the colourful world of Sprankelwater much faster!
Turbo Junk and Money
Turbo Junk and Money are the main currencies in Tiny Terry’s Turbo Trip. Turbo Junk is used to upgrade your car, while Money is used to purchase hats and equipment to help you on your journey, and for an important quest. Both types of currency can be found by exploring the world, smashing items, digging up the ground, and selling cars you hijack from the various locals of Sprankelwater.
You can find and earn Trash Cans by completing Goals and exploring Sprankelwater that you can smash to earn a large collection of Turbo Junk!
You’ll need a lot of both to complete the game and unlock all achievements, so don’t skip collecting any Turbo Junk or Money while playing.
Quests
Quests in Tiny Terry’s Turbo Trip are known as Goals, which can be accessed via the Pause menu. There are a total of 20 Goals in the game, all of which vary in length. You’ll find that some are as simple as performing a quick interaction, while others involve a series of smaller steps that must be completed. Check out the guide below for information on how to complete every quest in Tiny Terry’s Turbo Trip.
Car upgrades
The main goal of Tiny Terry’s Turbo Trip is to send Terry to space by upgrading his car several times at Zmirapfy’s Garage. You’ll need to upgrade Terry’s car a total of seven times to successfully reach space, and each upgrade costs 150 Turbo Junk for a total of 1,050 Turbo Junk.

While you can immediately save all of your Turbo Junk, you’ll actually need to spend a good chunk of it on tools, hats, and other items throughout the game to successfully complete Goals and quests – so always be collecting Turbo Junk!
Blueprints and Wind Chime Collectibles
There are three main types of collectibles in Tiny Terry’s Turbo Trip: hats that you can wear and usually provide you with a benefit, Gummy Pup Blueprints, and Wind Chimes. Excluding the hats, all of these collectibles are required for you to complete the game and send Terry to space.

You can consult our guide below to work out how to find and collect some of the collectibles in Tiny Terry’s Turbo Trip.
How Long to Beat Tiny Terry’s Turbo Trip
I managed to complete the main story for Tiny Terry’s Turbo Trip within around five hours, so expect the main game to take around that time for you. If you’re a completionist, however, you can expect the entire game and its trophies and achievements to take you up to 10 hours to complete.

Tips
- Smash everything and collect all of the Turbo Junk and Money you come across.
- Try to complete all of the different activities found throughout Sprankelwater; it’ll keep you busy and push you through the game.
- Complete as many of the game’s quests as you can to get Money and Junk quickly to ensure you get into space.
- Explore Sprankelwater as much as you can! Everything can be climbed to the top, maybe not at the start of the game, but definitely by the end as you unlock various tools to help you.
- Hijack cars and take them to Jatkleuter at Binnerot Apartments for some easy Money (Don’t feel guilty about it!).
- Give your jump a little boost by swinging your pipe or other melee weapon at the height of your jump. It makes platforming and climbing your environment much easier.
- If you’re stuck, call Groni, as he can provide you with a few hints on what to do next.
- Dig a hole in the middle of a circle of flowers, rocks, starfish, and other items for a little surprise.
- The Turbo Junk tracking helmet will help you track and find all Turbo Jack, great for anyone trying to 100% the game.
- Spread chaos! Smash everything in your way, steal cars, and do everything else in your power to spread destruction – it’s fun!
